Outlook 2007 will not send and receive 2

Hi all
I have just installed Outlook 2007.
Everything is cool except when I click "Send/Receive" it clicks but then nothing... I checked my account settings sends test email fine I check server its on the server. I sent a email out of outlook and it remains there. Any ideas

running windows 7

In Outlook go into Tools|Options|Mail Setup|Send/Receive.
What are the settings for your Group Name?
