Hello. In Outlook 2002 or 2003, if you use read receipts and you print a sent message, the tracking info prints in the header of the email. Now, in 2007, it prints at the bottom of the email and causes a second page to print. Any idea how to fix this or how to add custom fields in the email header in 2007? Pleas help, thank you.
