I created a signature in word, with a logo and some text to the right of the logo (using text box so I can control where the text appears). I saved it has an htm file and when I open it in IE, it looks great. I've copied it and then pasted it into the signature window of Outlook, but it moves the logo below my text.

How do I paste it and make it keep the exact format and alignment? If I insert a picture in Outlook, I'm not able to enter text to the right of the picture.

before you go to all of that trouble, many email servers/companies block html/images.

I read some Outlook forums recently where people complained that the signature functionality in Outlook 2007 was actually diminished compared to 2003.

Much of what was said had to do with your issue. I think Microsoft offers some instructions, but they were reported as clumsy and difficult in the forums.

Good luck.
