I remember that when I was using Outlook 2003 and Windows XP Pro, the search feature works really well. Now with Vista and Outlook 2007, every time whether I do Inbox or Sent Items folder search, Outlook 2007 does not search every items/emails inside the folder. Therefore, it does not give me what I was searching for. This is frustrating. Outlook 2007 search saying "Search results may be incomplete because items are still being indexed. Click here for more details." And so when I click on that, a pop up box says "Search results may be incomplete because items are still being indexed. 679 items remaining in "My Emails" and 699 items remaining across all open mailboxes.

I have never seen this number come down at all. So in a way, Outlook 2007 never get me any result I was looking for.

Any suggestion is much appreciated.

That doesn't work either. I already tried this index thing for three computers and all three still have the same problem. Vista's index feature for searching is really "suck" for lack of a word better word. For example, I have an email with the word "Payroll" in both the subject line and body; however, when I search my email folder, Outlook search feature is unable to find this email. It is really disappointing as well as frustrating. I have always been able to find my emails in Office 2003.
