outlook 2007 read receipts not processed

In tracking options in outlook 2007 I have set to process receipts on on arrival and after processing move receipts to a folder. The receipts are not mnoved to that folder. Does anyone know why?

Its the delivery receipts that are not processed. The read receipts are fine.

Actually sometimes the read receipts do not get processed either.

Do you have a rule setup in outlook that automatically processes these emails on arrival?
