Outlook 2007 Prints Truncating

We have just moved over to Outlook 2007 and a few users are getting the email text truncated when they print or do a print preview. It is only happening on a few machines.

Have checked the IE7 margins and they were fine. Changing the margins in Outlook had an effect but there is still truncation even with it set on the lowest setting.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so do you know how to fix it?

tf1 - truncated means shortened, so the entire message is not showing.
