Outlook 2007 Print issue.

I have a user having some issues printing out of Outlook 2007 on a Dell Vostro 1710 running xp pro. When printing an email, the data printed is partial. Meaning email Header is not printed and several pieces of the email (body and responses) as well. Does anyone have any ideas?
