Hey guys I heard somewhere that there is an add-in for outlook that will allow you to send an email to an x amount of people where I can send them some sort of template that they can fill out letting me know when is their availability? For example I want to schedule a meeting but before I sent the invitation I want everyone to reply back to me letting me know what day and time of the week is best for them. Anybody know of an add-in that will do this?

not heard of anything like this and i can only seeing it being more hassle than worth. Why not schedule an appointment suitable by checking their calendars before arrnging the meeting?

Because we don't have Exchange

Why not just send the invitees an email with a few proposed dates/times and ask them what date/time is best for them? Then the invitee simply has to hit "reply" and type in their preference. No form to fill out.

Personally, if I receive an emailed form when I'm busy then it gets put on the back burner until I have time to read through it. If its a short email that I can simply reply to in 3 or 4 words (e.g. Wed. May 6 1:00 PM) then I deal with it immediately. Keep the email short and to the point and you should get replies back in decent time.

Hope this helps.

You neither stated you did or did not have Exchange in your original post.

I presume you have googled for this add in?

Thanks guys for your help. After researching all over the place I found a great solution that it does exacly what I am looking for. It is called Time Bridge.

Not sure if you guys heard of it but it works great.

Thanks Again
