This one drove me nuts but I finally found the solution via Google.
Problem - multiple users with different login's to the same computer using Outlook 2007 SP1. When the 2nd user logs on and goes to setup Outlook, Outlook will not close and you have to force it closed using Task Manager.
Solution - Open up Word or Excel on the machine and fill in the users name and initials, then open Outlook. Everything should work just fine.
The issue appears to be that Outlook won't properly display/accept the users name/initials for the 2nd and subsequent users that access Outlook 2007 SP1 from the same machine. This hangs Outlook not allowing it to close.
I'm Certifiable, not cert-ified.
It just means my answers are from experience, not a book.
