Outlook 2007 Junk Folder

I have a couple of clients running Outlook 2007 and they have a Junk folder and Junk Email Folder. Not all Emails are going into the Junk folder, its only 2-3 specific emails. There are NO rules in place to move these Emails (these are internal emails if that makes a difference).
Again, some internal Emails addresses are going into the Junk folder.

Any help is appreciated. Let me know if further info is needed.
