Outlook 2007 - iphone calender sync

Hi

A staff member is synchronization his Outlook 2007 client (Exchange 2003 Server – backend) client with his Iphone. While his entire calendar successfully synchronizes to his Iphone, there a few calendar entries that will not sync to his phone.

There seems to be no indication why these few messages will not synchronize. Does anyone have ideas or have experienced similar problems?
