One of our computers here is having a problem of hanging up when starting. It does not completely load or something. We are running Outlook with the BCM add-in. I thought it was the BCM so I uninstalled that. But Outlook still hangs. I can run it in Safe Mode, but that is not the solution for long term use. Especially since the BCM cannot be used in Safe Mode.

Any thoughts on a solution?

Oh yes...I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Office.

Sorry Need lots more information to be able to help you. Version of Windows, Version of Outlook, what is BCM ?? When machine hangs are there any error messages if so please list the details. What items load on startup, run msconfig, startup list. Do full virus scans on the machine, spyware as well. Use Hi-jack this to also see what that throws up. Make sure you have outlook service packs installed, try running a full detect and repair in Outlook. Have you repaired outlook, tried to re-install, lookup startup switches for Outlook on the internet to see if using a switch commands helps. Repair the pst file if using one, remove then re-add exchange account if using. Check the Internet for further advice, support.microsoft.com check event viewer in control panel for errors. Sorry list is endless, but impossible to advise until more info is provided.
