I uninstalled Office 2003 and installed 2007. My outlook hangs when I open some HTML format emails. It displays a message " MICROSOFT OFFICE HAS ENCOUNTERD A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE". I choose the restart option.I have reinstalled office without the outlook add-ins, have select HTML format but all in vain. This happens like 13 times a day. Please help
