Outlook 2007 folder list view removing folder size section

I have the folder list view and have removed all the buttons from the button, but the section holding the "folder sizes" and "data file management" is taking up half of the space that I need when expanding folders from my email/public folders. I can't seem to move it.

Can this section be reduced in size or removed completely?
