Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003 folder names change back

My user connected to a shared mailbox on an Exchange 2003 server and attempts to change the name of a folder under inbox. The change looks good but after log off/on the folder is reverted back to original name.

They have full rights to the mailbox and a user with exact same rights can make the changes with no issues.

Any thoughts.

Sounds like they could be in cached mode when they make the change, and the name is never sent back to the server.

Or they are offline.
