Has anyone found out how to make the envelope appear whenever there is ANY unread mail, and not just when you have unread messages in your Inbox?

For those of you who might be confused, Outlook 2007 shows the envelope icon in the system tray only when new mail ends up in your "Inbox" folder. If you set up a rule to move mail from the Inbox to another folder upon arrival, you never see the envelope. Apparently, Outlook 2007 processes the "move" instructions before it processes the new/unread message notification. I think I get the new message pop-up (aka Desktop Alert, I believe), but I could care less about that.
