Outlook 2007 email stuck in outbox

Hey guys... whenever I send emails they stay in the Outbox and never move to the sent items folder but.. the weird part is that the messages DO get delivered to the recipients...they just never get transferred to the sent items folder..please help me ?

If this is Outlook (not Outlook Express or Windows Mail), verify the checkbox option in Tools, Options, Preferences tab, E-mail Options button, "save copies of messages in Sent Items folder

Who is your ISP?
Some block any outgoing SMTP server but their own. I had the same situation when I moved and switched from Comcast to Cox cable.
