Hello, in Outlook I have several folders that I have created based on the sender's name.

When an email from "john" comes to my inbox i drag and drop that email from the inbox into the john folder (i do not want to create a rule that does this automatically).....however when I drop the email I get a popup menu that says "copy" or "move"....is there a way to get rid of this popup menu so that as soon as I drop the email it will move it to that folder? I've seen other users of outlook 2007 that do not get that popup menu, their email just gets moved into the folder where it is being dropped as soon as they leg go of the mouse.

My main problem is that when I select "move" from the popup menu the email gets copied not moved into the folder that I am moving it to. So in other words the move command works as a copy command (leaving a copy of the message in the inbox)
