Outlook 2007 Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook

Hello All, we have a work station with office 2007 and we also have exchange server 2003. When the workstation goes to open outlook we receive an error message Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. I deleted the registry key listed on support.microsoft.com/kb/252304. After deleting the key, we were able to open outlook again and received the startup wizard. After the wizard finishes and automaticly recognizes the exchange server, we receive the same message when opening outlook. The issue is only on this workstation. Any suggestions? I have only used 07 a bit. Can you go to the control panel, remove any profiles, remove office 07 completely and reinstall? Reboot after removing/before reinstall.

Try that and see how that goes.
