In Outlook 2007 the views are changed slightly. To show ALL folders, including mail, calendars, contacts, etc., you need to click on "Folder List". This will give you the "tree view" that you are used to. Clicking on Mail, Calendar, Contacts, etc. only shows the "tree view" for folders specific to that particular item.
