Hi,
I have an issue on outlook 2007. It accepts all meeting from inside and outside, even when it should not. The option at Tools > Options > Preferences > Calendar Options > Resource Scheduling > Automatically Accept Meeting request and Process Calculations is NOT checked.

The invite still comes to the inbox, but the meeting is automatically accepted to the calendar.

Any clues?

Thx,

Is the meeting actually accepted or just shown as tentative in the calendar? I had a user complain that meeting requests sent to him were automagically being accepted but it turned out that the meeting was show as tentative in his calendar. He assumed that because the meeting was in his calendar he didn't have to accept or reject the meeting.

Hope this helps.

Thx for the reply, this was exactly the "problem". Thanks for the tip!
