Outlook 2007 - attaching file to e-mail.

Have customer that has been recently (within last 2 months) updated to Outlook 2007. New e-mail is created, trying to attach a file to the e-mail, but when trying to drill down to file location with the attach file menu the e-mail will "lockup", not respond to mouse movement mouse clicks on the folder that is chosen. If we open different window - not Outlook related - go back to the attach file menu in Outlook, I can now click on folder of choice. If I try to drill down even farther I get the same result.

Anyone have any thoughts about what the problem might be?

Uninstall and reinstall Outlook and all related updates.
