Outlook 2003

I'm trying to get my outlook 2003 to dial using my IP Office 403. Ihave the TAPI driver installed and when i go to the dialer properties i cannot see my phone system. Has anyone done this before basicllay i should be able to double click on my contacts and they should dial.


in line properties is see my:

Modem
IPCONLINE
H323 Line

Had the same problem.

The IP Office EXTN is not displayed in the line properties.

Select H323 Line. Apply and OK

Go back in to settings and the IP OFFICE EXTN option has somehow appeared. ???

Select and everything should be OK.

I also have endless problems with TAPI , do I need to put a valid Switch IP address , user and password within PHONe AND MODEM OPTIONS in Control Panel ?

Didn't work i tried what you said but when i select H323 i don't get apply just OK
