Outlook 2003

I am running Outlook 2003 on a windows XP pc, Outlook is running on Exchange server 2003. When Outlook starts I get the following message,
A recently installed program may cause Microsoft Office or other e mail-enabled programes to function improperly.Outlook can resolve this conflict without affecting the programe that originally caused the problem, do you want Outlook to resolve this problem.

When i click yes it is unable to resolve the problem
