Hello All:
I might just be lazy but, what I would like to do is in Outlook when I send a new message I use to put in just "hello" I would like to be more personable and put in their first name. But I am to lazy to type it. Is there a way to type hello and it would pull the first name from the address bar. Thanks in advance
