Outlook 2003

I'm trying to move an email from my inbox into a sub folder i have created in my inbox, but i'm getting the following error message
"you do not have sufficaint permissions access is denied"
i've tried running the following;

outlook /resetfolder
outlook /cleanprofiles

Also rebooting still doesnt resolve the issue.

Do you have write/create permissions in the new folder you are trying to copy the messages into?
