Outlook 2003

Hi there

heres my problem

We use outlook 2003 with a microsoft exchange server!

Now we also use sage which is installed on a terminal server, we also have outlook 2003 available on this server!

Now heres the problem,

im currently configuring the e-mail function in sage so as when the accountant sends an e-mail through sage it goes to his inbox in outlook!

i know that i need to have his account configured in his terminal service session as well as his desktop in order for this too work!

but if i create his outlook profile on terminal services, it will empty his inbox on his desktop????

does anyone know a way of configuring outlook on terminal services so this is not the case?
