Has anyone experienced this before...
I have an end-user who is unable to recover her deleted items emails in outlook 2003 application. Here is the scenario. She deletes an email and it goes into her deleted items bin. She clicks on her deleted items and finally deletes the email. When trying to recover an email, she clicks on her deleted items, then go to Tools - Recover deleted items. The email does NOT go back into her deleted items bin in the Outlook application, however it does go back into the deleted items in webmail access.
I have re-created her outlook profile.
I was able to duplicate the same problem on a different pc logged in as the user.
I added a "DumpsterAlwaysOn" registry key as recommend by microsoft and it still does not work.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
