After using Office 2000 for a few years I updated to Office 2003. Now I am unable to open any .oft files in Outlook 2003. Whether I double-click the .oft file or use File/Open I get the same result: a new message form with the .oft file as an attachment. If I try to open the attachment I get another new message form with the .oft file as an attachment. And so on . . . ad infinitum. How can I open an .oft file using Outlook 2003?
