Outlook 2003 will not send POP3 with IMAP set up

I've got O2k3 running one POP3 account and one IMAP account. Both test OK, both received OK. POP3 is set for default. When I send (making sure POP3 account is selected) my email is received by way of the IMAP account.

Any ideas would be helpful.
