Using Outlook 2003, have been trying to archive old e-mail by going to File -> Archive and using the drop down calendar option that is supposed to allow you to archive e-mail that is older than a specified date. However, each time I try this Outlook only archives all the subfolders in my Inbox, but none of the actual e-mail, regardless of the date. Have made sure that the "Include items marked 'Do Not AutoArchive'" is checked, but still doesn't make any difference.

Any suggestions?

This is because Outlook archives using the latest date that you did any of the following;
• Forwarding
• Replying
• Replying to All
• Editing and Saving
• Moving or Copying

This changes the modified date and OL archives based on the following dates;
sent, received or the modified date and time
Which ever was later.

I am looking for an answer as we speak.
