Outlook 2003 web page problem

Help! I am having a problem with sending emails. Basically when I send a web page as an email the recipients only get attachments and they can't see the whole web page. Any ideas? I do have it set to send HTML format. I am sending the email by clicking on the email icon from IE and clicking send page.

Have your recipients check their TOOLS / OPTIONS / DOWNLOAD PICTURES settings.

There is an option (in OL2003 at least), that doesnt permit downloading of pictures or HTML content within an email if checked.

It could also be a setting on your recipient's spam filter.
