Outlook 2003 Visual Display Problem....Help.

Ok, this is really strange. I have a user that once she opens up Outlook, her screen goes blank and black and then refreshes and her desktop color scheme is all screwed up? All other programs work fine in the Office suite. The actual Outlook program still functions correctly and work, but with this wild color scheme.

Anyone have a clue with what might be causing this unique progblem?

I have some visual of what is taking place on her Outlook when she opens it up. The weird thing is it only occurs when she uses Outlook. I will try and update the Drivers on her video card to see if this solves the problem. If anyone would like to have them sent the image file I am describing to better trouble shoot the problem, let me know.
