Outlook 2003 Unknown error when attempting delete

Hi All,

I have an end user that has outlook2003 (Exchange 2003 Server). When attempting to delete a specific email from a date (12/19/05) I get the following error when trying to delete, "Unknown Error". I have not been able to find any useful articles. Has anyone run into this type of error?
