Im having a problem with one of my users. When she sends an outgoing email, her mail gets underlined. This first appeared when she was typing the email, her text would be underlined and also would her signature. However, after fiddling with the stationary, the text seems to be as normal when typing, yet her signature remains underlined. The problem is that when the mail is actually sent, the sent items, and the recipient, see the whole mail as underlined!

Ive messed with the stationary for about 1 hour yesterday trying to fix this but to no avail. any ideas?

Cheers

delete the signature and re-create it manually do not copy and paste.... signatures should have their own twilight zone eposide....

done exactly that and it didnt fix the problem. But it isnt just the signature thats the problem. The message of the email also underlines once the mail is sent, even though its not underlined when typing

If all else fails try uninstalling Office 2003 and reinstalling it. Are you current on updates on that machine?

Good Luck.

I've seen this problem but I can't find the ticket for it which contains the solution.

I recollect that it was related to MS Word Track Changes.

I'm not sure but we may have rebuilt their profile (Outlook or Windows, I don't know.)
