Hi,
I have searched all over the place and can't find a reason/fix for the following problem. I am running a Terminal Service environment and all users log onto the terminal server and access their email via outlook 2003. I (with ADMIN rights) have my outlook to delete the deleted items everytime i exit. Problem is the Majority dont want this and so have theirs to keep it...This works fine until (I assume) the server is rebooted. It then places a tick back into the box in Outlook so next time the other uses close outlook it will delete their deleted items.
Please help as this is becoming annoying for all involved.
