Outlook 2K3 tasks can have one of five default Statuses assigned:
Not Started
In Progress
Completed
Waiting on someone else
Deferred
I'd really like to add a couple more:
In Review
Ready for printing
Can I do this? I'd hoped to be able to do it like you can with Categories.
