Outlook 2003 sync issue

I have one user that is getting 1000s of sync issue warnings. I've done some research and found info about Offline Address Book, and how to fix this issue in System Manager. Well, I followed the steps and there is no Offline Address Book. Also, like I said before, there is one user getting these warnings!!! Is the fix on her PC?

I have had issues with hotsync but updated the Chapura software and all is good.

If you go ^ there you can download the update to the pocket miror if that is what you are using.

Umm? I think we are on different pages. She isn't using a PDA or anything. Does her outlook think that it is trying to hotsync to a PDA software?
