Outlook 2003 sync BB7100g no MSExchange Server

I just adquire the BB7100g for my personal use. I don't have any kind of email server. I use Outlook 2003 and have contats on it. The only thing i want is to be able to copy this addresses into the BB and syncronized it time to time.
Currently I have a data plan with cingular for the emails and web browser access. When I try to set up the pin options specifying outlook as the syncronize file, the brose button enables. When I click the browse button, nothing happens. Icon change to hour glass for a second and that's it. No browse window shows up. I have XP Pro w/SP2. Latest 4.0.129 OS on the BB and 4.0 Manager software.
What is the problem?
