Hi all,

Could someone tell me if I am doing something wrong.

In Outlook Express I was able to easily right click someones name who has been addressed in an email and add them to my address book.

In Outlook though it seems that a lot of people copied in are simply shown with just a name and when I right click the name its obvious that it is just text and there is no way to see what the email address was behind it.

Can anyone advise if this is by design - seems there a few steps backwards when moving from OE to Outlook,

Thanks a lot
John

I've never had that issue. If you right click on a name and then select "Add to Outlook Contacts..." do you not get a new Contact form that you can complete (or just leave with what is pre-filled) and save?

Hope this helps.
