Outlook 2003 stops working (freezes) during new calendar item entry.

1. My client has Win 2000 PC with 512 MB RAM.
2. When user enters new calendar item - say 10:00 AM next Monday for a meeting, before entry finishes Outlook will not finish entering data.
3. Problem seems worse after installing WinFax Pro 10.02
4. PC has all upgrades for Win 2000, antivirus & antispyware fully deployed, scanned & eradicated with about 4 products (online scans), defragged.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

Dave

Upgrading to Service Pack 1 for Outlook 2003 fixed the problem. Works just fine now. Also made sure client had 512 MB Ram, which also helps.
