Outlook 2003 signature turns itself off

Hi,

Has anyone had this issue before? We currently have approx 50 users on an SBS2003 network. One of these users has an issue where intermittently his signature in Outlook 2003 turns itself off. Obviously this isn't a show stopper but it's starting to get to him.

Anyone any ideas? There are no realted errors in the event logs and the machine and office are fully patched.

I can't remember for sure with 2003, but are there different signatures for plain text, html, & RTF messages? Could it be a message format change, that's presenting a different (blank/unset) signature?

Good call.

It's worth a look next time it happens. Problem I've got is getting him to tell me it's happened before he turns it back on himself.

Any other suggestions are welcome guys as it may be a month before I get chance to have a look.
