outlook 2003 signature logo missing

have problem with a logo that used to be on the outlook 2003 signature field. the text is fine but logo does not display.

i've tried going into tools - options - mail format tab and into signature field. tried pasting it and applying it but when i hit new button, logo still not showing up.

outlook version is 2003 on xp pro machine. any suggestion of solving this much appreciated. cheers.

two things:
when going to tools-options-mail format - what is shown under "compose in this message format" ?

Also, is the "use word to edit messages" checked or unchecked?

I would try using word as editor if not, and vice-versa for troubleshooting.

Lastly, create a NEW signature - dont just paste into the existing one, and see if it shows up in the new sig. I have had instances of certain signature entries causing probs, so i usually create a new one and that helps.

And, you might have to convert the graphic to a different format for it to show properly within the sig line. I know you can use clipart in a signature, so other graphics shouldnt be a problem.
