Outlook 2003 Sent Items Hung

I have an enduser who everytime they click on their Sent Items if totally hangs their Outlook and they have to close the program and re open it. Does anyone know a way to fix this so they can read their sent items? This mailbox is connected to an Exchange 5.5 Server
