Outlook 2003 sends incomplete e-mails

Outlook 2003 sends incomplete emails, although the composed email was completed. The sent items folder also shows the email as incomplete. Most of the time, the email misses an
entire paragraph. I've already re-installed office, archived old e-mail and deleted unnecessary e-mails.

Can you provide further information please. Is this when replying to emails, forwarding emails or composing new emails ?

Is this on an exchange server, or a POP3 mail account?

Does this happen if you send plain text emails, if the mail format is RTF, HTML, and does it make any difference if you use word as the email editor or use Outlook?

This happens when composing new emails,replying or even forwarding.It is a pop mail account and happens when using both plain text and HTML formats.

Both options for using MS word as email editor and read RTF email messages are enabled.

Is there anyway you could be pressing ctrl+enter to send the message either by mistake or if you ever edit paste/copy details into the message you could of done by mistake. (Ctrl+enter is the shortcut for sending a message, instead of clicking on the send button). You can get this disabled though in Outlook.

Also what I would do is do a new message, type quite a bit of text in lots of rows of a or b and paragraphs, do not paste anything or copy anyting. Save as you go along several times, do not put a recipient in. Then close the message do not send. It should be in the drafts folder, have a look in there has it still got all the details in ?
