We have slowly been migrating all our clients from Office 2000 to Office 2003. One thing that admin folks here frequently do is compose a message for their boss to review and then send as their own. The admin person will send this preformatted message to their boss as an attachment to a message. Sometimes when the boss wants to send the attached message the "Send" button is disabled. We have not been able to determine what the source of the problem is. We have not implemented Office 2003 IRM (Information Rights Management). Can someone tell me what's causing the Send button to be disabled on certain attached messages?
