I really like the Junk Mail filter in Outlook 2003 and how easy it is to right click and send a specific email to Junk Mail, and add it to the filter simultaneously. What I haven't been able to figure out though is how to do this with more than 1 email at a time. Is there a way?

Mark the items you want to add to junk senders

Click on actions/junk email/add senders to list. The option is not available when you right click if more than one message is selected.

Jock,

Thanks but it worked the same. I can click all the mail I want to send to Junk Mail, but when I go to Actions/Junk Mail the options to send are not highlighted unless I have only 1 email selected.

Hmmm, well I am running 2002 SP3 and it works fine. Sorry, don't have 2003 available here to check it out. Maybe someone else ?
