Outlook 2003 Rules Question

Is it possible at all to set a rule up on a folder rather than applying the rule after the message arrives.
This is my set up:

I have a rule that moves all email that comes from 1 email account into a folder. I then want to set up a rule that will move some emails with a specific subject into a subfolder. At the moment its only copying it rather than moving it so im ending up with duplicates.

there is a Move feature when setting up your Rule (look at the top of the choices). Also you may want to re-direct the e-mail instead of moving the original e-mail.
