outlook 2003 - rules created are not run automatically.

Hi all,

We are using exchange 2003 as a mail server and all my users are accessing it to send/receive emails. Recently , I've created a rule in my user's email program to forward mails to him to another email address. It only works when I run the rule now. Afterwhich , the rest of the new mails will not activate the rule .

Anyone has any ideas?
