Outlook 2003 Rules & Alerts

I need to delete a rule in Outlook and am not able to do so through Tools Menu>Rules and Alerts. I select it but deleting or anything else is greyed out. It is listed as a client only rule. I am trying to manually delete it through the registry but can't find where rules are listed in the registry. Does anyone know where I can find them to do a manual delete?

Worst case scenario, you can start Outlook with the
/cleanclientrules
switch, but that will remove ALL client rules.
